Pinafore dress or tunic has center back seam. V. 1 & 4 have square neckline & front zipper. V. 1, 4 & 5 have pockets & top-stitched trim. V. 2, 3 & 5 have V shaped neckline and front button, self fabric or cord loop fastening. V.5 has bias cut pockets. Trousers have waistband and side zipper.

Pattern is uncut and factory folded.

envelope shows signs of wear, the right hand side has separated from the back. Half the back flap is missing and there are a few tears. There is a mark on the front from an aged elastic band.
